There one minute, gone the next
The theremin is more elusive than we'd expected. We tried to order from one place in the US and at the point of purchase were told they don't ship outside the country. Next we confirmed with another shop who said they did ship to Canada, then after charging us cancelled the order four days later claiming that international shipments are no longer avaible and plus it's out of stock and erm....won't get any more too soon, sorry bye. So we're still waiting to get our credit of $535 back from those guys, and it's been two weeks since we placed the order. We are looking forward to the day when Theremin comes to play. But what a rigmarole. I'd planned on August being our theremin intro month because Q has been very patient, saving up, planning and anticipating. Making space in your mind for a new learning experience takes some energy and I'm very disappointed in the way it's gone so far. At any rate, the whole history of the theremin is one of off-ramps to Russia and frustrated love stories, so a little shopping inconvenience is to be expected I guess.

welcome back to the screen. that's funny, pix, i was reading the oxford dictionary today (studying Q words for scrabble) and saw qwertyuiop really is a word which makes it doubly clever as a blog title!
and guess what too...Brown sent me a drawing today in the mail! Ask Anne who "Brown" is. I will trade you a drawing of mine...
i will love to see your list of p words.
